It is with great delight we announce a new Blueprint exercise with the team at SolutionsPT! With over 30 years of experience, SolutionsPT are leading providers of industrial IT solutions that improve the quality and productivity of their manufacturing clients.
The Blueprint exercise will be the foundations of their change programme. It will drive business value and improve effectiveness and efficiency – through process improvement and optimised systems that support the end-to-end business.

Optimum PPS will analyse how their People, Processes, and Systems are currently working, the ‘As Is’, to surface improvement opportunities. Our team will then work with the SolutionsPT team on what good looks like and map out their specific ‘To Be’ and the roadmap for getting there.
