We are delighted to share that we have been working closely with the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) on helping them implement the Access Care Planning system. SAMH were given our details by the team at The Access Group as we have helped multiple charities to successfully implement business and system change projects.
“We are delighted with the support and focus that Optimum PPS are providing the organisation as we develop and implement Access Care Planning. Optimum have been flexible and responsive and we have been able to utilise the vast experience across their team. They feel like one of the SAMH team.”
Alex Cumming, Interim Director of Operations
Optimum PPS have been engaged in a project management and implementation consultancy capacity to help deliver the project successfully. With internal teams having to juggle their day job alongside the project, having external project expertise has ensured the project moves at pace and delivers against objectives.
It is great to be helping another charity and we have been delighted to support the project over the last 12 month.
SAMH were founded in 1923 and are Scotland’s national mental health charity. They aim to raise awareness about and promote mental health and general welfare while advancing the interests of those citizens who experience mental health problems and their families and carers. Over 60 communities are supported, providing mental health, social care, and support for adults and young people.
The charity operates across Scotland with a heavy presence along the central belt and a HQ in Glasgow. You can find out more about the work of SAMH here.
