We are delighted to announce that we will be working with another Scottish charity, Circle. Circle offer a range of whole family support services that promote children’s healthy development and potential. They engage with families who face exclusion due to social injustice, poverty and health inequalities.
As Carista users, Circle have been considering their options and are looking for Optimum PPS to support them with their Requirements Gathering and System Selection. This will allow them to consider different vendor options with respect to their needs as an organisation, ensuring they can get a system that works for them.
“What struck us when looking at what other organisations had said about Optimum, was their ability to quickly understand the needs of an organisation and to build relationships with all levels of staff. It is really important for us to include all levels of staff and have them contribute to the process right from the start.
Without an internal IT team to guide us, we hope that Optimum’s experience and expertise will be invaluable. That hand-holding will keep us on track and help us to remain focussed on ensuring that we have the best chance of implementing a system that will best meet our needs.”
