Following on from our initial engagement with The Action Group back in 2020, we are delighted to be working with them again on a further organisational change project.
The Action Group are a not-for-profit who support children and adults with a wide range of support needs to lead the life they wish – No Barriers! The Action Group provide services in Edinburgh, Lothians and Falkirk. As well as providing support in the community, they also provide advice and employability services.
The Action Group, navigating their post pandemic recovery, identified changes that need to be made in how services were delivered – they had a clear vision of the change they needed to happen in the organisation and they came to Optimum PPS to help them deliver the change and make it happen effectively.

Knowing that we could bring structure, momentum and project management to their business change meant The Action Group came directly to us again when they needed additional help to deliver their project. Plus we have the added advantage of already knowing their people and organisation so we could hit the ground running. In addition to the project management skillset we also bring our change management skills and experience to the project to make sure a people first approach is taken.
