We are very excited to announce that we will be starting a new Blueprint project with another great Scottish charity, Includem! After hearing about our work with Scottish Autism, Includem came to the Optimum team looking to discuss their on-going digital transformation project and potential system replacement. As this is an area we have a great track record in it made perfect sense to work together.
As Includem has grown over the years they have noticed that their internal systems have grown more difficult to utilise and want to take control of the situation. Our Blueprint project will refine and optimise ways of working while ensuring Includem have a clear understanding of their “As Is” ways of working and their “To Be” potential.
Includem is a youth support charity headquartered in Glasgow with regional offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife and Stirling. Since their formation in 2000, they have worked with more than 5000 young people aged 5-25, helping to improve their lives, and the lives of their families and carers.
