Optimum PPS are pleased to share one of our latest clients, Hercules Site Services PLC, who deliver services within the Civil Engineering sector of the construction industry. They have four divisions within the business: supply of skilled labour, civils projects, suction excavator hire, and digital solutions for construction recruitment and workforce management. As Hercules have continued to grow, they recognised a need for more cohesive and integrated business systems with better reporting and analysis capability.

Hercules have engaged Optimum for a Blueprint and System Selection project to help them define improved business processes and find the right ERP system for their needs. Our Blueprint will look across key business functions to uncover their “As Is” current ways of working while mapping out what good looks like – their “To Be” future state. Once the Blueprint is complete we will be able to accurately translate the needs of the business into detailed requirements for an ERP system. We will then work with shortlisted ERP vendors to show exactly how their system will meet these needs via facilitated workshops. Finally, we will be able to score the ERP systems providing Hercules with a clear understanding of what system could best meet their requirements. This will allow them to make an informed choice and ensure they get the best system for their business.
