We are delighted to announce that we have been engaged by another great mental health charity, Health in Mind. Health in Mind reached out to us after hearing about our work in supporting other charities to move from the Carista platform. Health in Mind are looking to replace Carista with an alternative system and were looking for project expertise to guide them through the process.
We will start by carrying out our Blueprint process across their Case Management and HR business functions. This will drive out improved ‘To Be’ ways of working and enable detailed system requirements to be defined, before moving on to the next stage which involves assessing replacement system options.
