We are excited to announce that we will soon begin working with The Action Group, a charity supporting those with learning disability and other support needs. The Action Group are another charity who are looking for support as they transition off the Carista platform as it becomes end of life.
The Action Group have already decided on a new platform but are looking for Optimum PPS to support them with project management as the progress through the implementation stage. This will ensure that The Action Group stay on track with the project and make quick progress towards their goal of being able to better support their service users.
The Action Group chose Optimum for this work due to their track record in successfully supporting other social care organisations migrating from the Carista platform.
Founded in 1976, The Action Group are a Scottish charity headquartered in Edinburgh and work across East Central Scotland. They offer support and advice to over 1700 people with learning disability and other support needs through a range of services, including adult and children support services, supported employment and a wide range on Advice services.
