People. Process. Systems.

Ryan Feely

We are delighted to announce an exciting new customer and project with Border Biscuits, a fantastic Scottish food manufacturer. Having gone live with their new ERP system last year, they are now looking to drive out further ROI and business benefits. Our Operations Blueprint and ERP Optimisation exercise is all about surfacing improvement opportunities across People, Process and Systems and making sure they are using their ERP system to its full potential across operations and supply chain.

“Our implementation of an ERP system was a significant strategic change project for the business, taking us to a new level of automated data integration, financial control and reporting functionality. Our team fully embraced this change and are reaping many benefits, but we feel there are areas that we could and should be exploiting further at this stage. The combination of the three elements people, process and systems is key to unlocking this potential, and OptimumPPS stand out as having a breadth of best practice knowledge in Food Manufacturing across each of them. The system may be able to provide the functionality the business needs, but the people and surrounding processes need to be in full and optimum alignment in order to maximise its value to us. The Blueprint and Optimisation exercise seems to be the ideal way for us to drive and realise that full potential of our investment, and we look forward to realising the benefits!“

Kirsty Burns, Finance & Business Systems Director
