We’re delighted to announce that AG Paving and Building Products has moved into the implementation phase of its ERP transformation programme.
This marks an important next step following the successful completion of the Requirements & Selection stage, where Optimum PPS worked closely with the AG team to shape the programme, understand business priorities and support a structured ERP evaluation process.
Through onsite discovery sessions, requirements workshops, shortlist reviews, system demonstrations and supplier deep dives, the team was able to make a confident, evidence-led decision on the right ERP platform for the business.
That process has now led to the selection of Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline) through Inforlogic, with Optimum PPS continuing to support AG through the implementation phase.
With the project plan signed off, workshops now underway and the route to go-live mapped out, the programme has moved from decision-making into delivery.
Optimum’s role during implementation is to work as an extension of the AG team, helping bring structure, momentum and control across internal stakeholders and vendor teams. This support will help keep the programme aligned to business priorities, manage risks effectively and support successful delivery.
