We are very excited to announce a new client in the Food industry, Viande Group. Viande, based in Brighton, are looking to continue their organic growth and know they need to look at their systems and processes to support that growth.
Optimum PPS have been engaged to carry out our Blueprint exercise as a first step in the business systems change journey which will look at their “As Is” ways of working and help them to define their “To Be” future state. This will surface improvement opportunities across People, Processes, and Systems. We strongly believe that investing the time and effort in the early stages of any business system project pays dividends with the subsequent implementation and ROI. The Blueprint will give Viande a robust picture of their business requirements, which can then be translated to system requirements to identify the right ERP and supporting business systems to suit their business needs.
This is an exciting project to kick-off, and we cannot wait to get stuck in and help Viande improve their operating efficiency and install best practices for their industry.

Viande consists of two companies, Blakes Meats and RP Meats Wholesale, who are the largest independent wholesaler of poultry, meat, and game in the South-East of England, offering a comprehensive stock list of fresh and frozen produce.
