New Project Announcement: Penumbra
Optimum PPS are excited to announce a new Blueprint & System Selection project with Scottish mental health charity Penumbra. Like many charitable organisations, Penumbra are embarking on a journey of Digital Transformation which we are delighted to be supporting them with.

The Business Blueprint & System Selection exercise we are delivering will refine and evolve optimised ways of working and processes for Penumbra. It will also ensure they have fit-for-purpose systems and tools available to them to ensure the charity can continue to enhance the excellent quality of service they provide to their service users across Scotland.
Penumbra is one of Scotland’s largest mental health charities which supports around 1600 people and employs 400 staff across Scotland. Founded in 1985, they work to promote mental health and wellbeing for all, prevent mental ill health for people who are ‘at risk’, and to support people with mental health problems. They provide a wide range of services which offer hope and practical steps towards recovery, and campaign to increase public knowledge about mental health and to influence national and local government policy.
