We are really pleased to be working with a new Wholesale and Distribution client within the Food sector, The Sausage Man.
Based in Kent, The Sausage Man came to Optimum PPS for help as they started to look into systems and process improvements. Having made investment into a SAP B1 solution already, they wanted independent ERP consultancy to assess and identify improvements to address the shortcomings and gaps in the solution and ways of working.
As a first step in their Business & Systems Improvement Journey, Optimum will carry out a short, sharp ERP Discovery and Assessment exercise with the following key deliverables:
