We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with learning disability charity, Hft, to help them deliver Helix, a full business change and digital transformation programme. This programme will enhance service delivery and give the teams at Hft more time to focus on the people they support, without being limited by technology.
Covering both IT systems and ways of working, the Helix programme will provide greater levels of organisational insight and modern, user-friendly tools to ease administrative tasks. These digital processes and more streamlined ways of working will simplify existing administration practices and equip teams with advanced tools, like Business Intelligence, to deliver first-class services.
“We are pleased to be working with Optimum PPS, as we invest in our organisation-wide digital transformation programme. Their collaborative approach coupled with their extensive experience, is helping us ensure that we achieve the benefits we are seeking for the people we support and our staff teams”
Mel Corish, Chief Strategy, Transformation and Innovation Officer
Optimum PPS were engaged to evaluate the existing processes and ways of working in the business through our Blueprint methodology. To fully understand Hft’s needs, we looked at all frontline services and back-office functions to map out what improvement opportunities existed, highlighting their potential” To Be” world across People, Processes, and Systems. This led to The Access Group being appointed to deliver the core of the future system solutions as well as some other solution providers within the overall technology stack.
We have now been engaged to provide several key roles in the implementation stage of the project – combining programme management and governance, project management, and implementation consultancy.
It is exciting times as we move towards the implementation stage, with work on the system set up and testing now underway. Working with the teams at Hft has been great, with everyone excited to get stuck in to this ambitious and charity-changing project.
Hft is a national charity that supports more than 2200 people to live with independence, choice, and with all the support they need. This is done by taking a person-centred approach with the specific needs of each individual at the centre of any care plan. You can find out more about the work of Hft here.
