Sense Scotland is a long-established charity providing vital support to people with communication support needs, learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across Scotland.
As part of its wider programme of change, the organisation is strengthening the systems and processes that support its people and services, with a clear focus on better-connected information, stronger operational oversight and more effective ways of working.
Optimum has been appointed to provide independent implementation project management and governance support for the Access HR and Payroll programme, with rostering also forming part of the wider transformation.

Our role is to bring structure, experience and independent oversight to the implementation, helping Sense Scotland manage project readiness, governance, change, training and internal capacity while keeping people, processes and systems aligned throughout delivery.
