Optimum PPS is delighted to announce a new digital transformation and system selection project with Care Support Scotland, a long-established social care charity supporting people across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
The charity provides vital support across homelessness prevention and tenancy support, learning disability and neurodiversity support, and services for older people. Its work helps people live as independently as possible, with services shaped around the needs of individuals, families and communities.
Optimum will work with the Care Support Scotland team on a structured programme focused on requirements, processes and future systems. This will include reviewing current needs, shaping a clear digital roadmap and supporting the next steps towards system selection.
