Optimum is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Cowan as Managing Director, marking an important milestone in the continued evolution of the business.
Kevin has been closely connected to Optimum for many years, having worked alongside the firm as an associate and trusted adviser since its early days. His deep understanding of the business, its clients and its culture makes this appointment a natural progression for both Kevin and the firm.
In addition to his longstanding relationship with Optimum, Kevin brings extensive experience in finance transformation, data insight and AI. As organisations increasingly look to modernise finance functions, unlock the value of their data and adopt new technologies, this expertise will play an important role in helping Optimum’s clients navigate change and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
As Managing Director, Kevin will work alongside Optimum’s founders, Steve Wilson and Lee Ann Healy, as we look ahead to the next stage of the Optimum journey. His appointment marks the start of a transition period during which Steve and Lee Ann will gradually step back from some of the day-to-day running of the business, while continuing to support the team, our clients and the long-term direction of Optimum.
The appointment reflects Optimum’s continued growth and the strength of the foundations built since the firm was established in 2012. With an experienced team and trusted client relationships in place, the business is well positioned to build on its success and expand its capabilities in areas that are increasingly important to clients, including finance transformation, advanced data insight and the practical application of AI within organisations.
