Optimum PPS is delighted to be continuing our partnership with Turning Point Scotland as we move into the implementation phase of their care services digital transformation. Since June 2024, we’ve worked closely with the Turning Point Scotland team to deliver an in-depth requirement gathering programme across their services and lead a structured, evidence-based system selection.
Feedback from the project has highlighted the value of having an experienced, independent partner to keep the project on track, bring structure to workshops, and translate frontline needs into a clear and realistic roadmap for change. On the back of that, Turning Point Scotland has chosen to continue working with Optimum PPS into implementation, recognising the quality and impact of the support delivered so far.
In this next stage, we’ll be working closely with Turning Point Scotland and their selected vendor to bring that roadmap to life: implementing a modern business, care and learning management solution that drives better outcomes for the people they support, strengthens insight and governance, improves internal processes, and provides a flexible platform for future growth.
We’re genuinely delighted to continue working with such a committed team and to build on a partnership focused on delivering meaningful, sustainable change for the people and communities Turning Point Scotland supports.
Turning Point Scotland is one of the country’s leading social care developers and providers, supporting people across Scotland who are experiencing challenges such as learning disability, alcohol and other drug use, mental health issues and homelessness.
