Penumbra, an Edinburgh based mental health charity, were embarking on a new Digital Transformation project to replace their old, non-integrated systems with the objective of enhancing the staff’s ability to ‘work on the go’ and to improve the inter-departmental connectivity.
Most importantly, the new solution needed to harness the new system’s features to provide the users with the ability to deliver an even better service to its supported persons; assisting & guiding them through their journey to recovery.
