Growtivation
We’ve recently kicked off another ERP project in the Distribution sector, this time with a new client called Growtivation based in West Sussex. Growtivation are an established, family-owned company offering a unique range of products for the building, landscaping and growing industries, sold exclusively through their network of trade merchants and suppliers.

 

They have enjoyed rapid growth over the years and as they look to the future with further expansion planned, they recognise that business systems that are able to support their growth strategy is key. Whilst they have managed some smaller system projects internally such as a CRM implementation and an HR system implementation, Growtivation felt that scoping and selecting the right ERP system would require specialist, independent ERP consultancy expertise to assist them.

 

Growtivation had previously engaged with another consultancy, and though that exercise didn’t get to the required outcome at the time, they had a good head start on understanding their requirements. Optimum PPS came recommended to Growtivation by another client of ours and this gave them the confidence to engage with us – we take great pride in the fact that our business has grown and thrived through recommendations and referrals.

We have been engaged to conduct a Requirements Gathering & System Selection exercise – so we’ll work with the business teams to surface their system requirements and improved ways of working, then use our proven system selection methodology and toolset to help them select a fit for purpose ERP solution that will support them now and into the future.

 

There are two sides to Growtivation; the first, Product That Works, is the name given to their family of branded products designed for tradespeople in the building and landscaping industry. Growtivation is the side of the business which works with respected merchants, both locally and nationally, such as Jewson, MKM, Huws Gray, Gibbs & Dandy and more to increase their sales and provide a high-quality product to their customers.
