Drive out a clear blueprint and roadmap for how to get from your ‘As Is’ to your ‘To Be’ taking account of people, processes and systems and aligned with the strategy and objectives of your organisation.

It will be the foundation for the subsequent implementation project and will be a robust basis to create the requirements specification and tender documents for the system selection stage.

Select
